It is Cauliflower Cheese!...But if you make it...Don't mix Mustard in to agitate the flavors because it doesn't work well and tastes awfully...I think somebody was playing an old joke on the Chef when he was asked to put Mustard in the Cauliflower Cheese! dish to improve the taste and flavor ha! ha!...Can you imagine it!...Cheese and Mustard Sandwiches!...hmm!...I think not'...
